There are a lot of people who’ve been doing this longer than I have, but do they adhere to web standards?

Following web standards allow for faster websites, ease of use, and an overall better web experience for your visitors. You want a person who’s going to build a site that functions properly, runs fast and helps visitors find the information their looking for.

Honesty and reliability.

I don’t like being lied to and I won’t lie to you either. I take on projects I know I can do, and I won’t take on more than I can handle.

I’m upfront with all costs. There are no hidden fees, no pressure to buy, and no “nickel & diming.” As far as your project is concerned: I’m not a slacker. If I said a website will be done in 4 weeks, it will be.

I actually answer my phone. I’m not one of those designers you can’t get in touch with when you need him the most.
