1What all do you do?

We design websites for other design firms and complete websites for service industry organizations. We specifically cater to projects who focus strongly on content, writing, and information and not the sale of products. We also design matching flyers, brochures, and business cards.

2How long does it take?

It always depends on the project. Usually websites take 21-28 business days to complete. Print design, like business cards and brochures can be completed within days. You will know the exact time once the project is reviewed and before you decide to start the project.

5How do I pay you?

We accept debit or credit cards through PayPal. PayPal requires NO membership to make a payment. Payment is usually in thirds for complete web projects, other projects require one half to start.

6What kind of business relationship will we have?

We are independent contractors; we work for you on an as-needed basis. We prefer to only work with a single point of contact, not multiple inputs from a committee, this way things aren’t contradicted.

7How do I send files?

If you have a group of files no bigger than 2MB, send them in one email. A large file would be anything over 2MB. Large files usually jam up the email system and so we use our FTP or the website www.yousendit.com to receive and send large files. We prefer that you group all the required files into one zip folder for easy delivery. Zipping your files into one file will allow you to compress its size and allow you to send all the content at once, instead of multiple times; this is the best and most productive way to send files.

8Where do I get a domain & web hosting services?

You can get both (and we recommend it) from a company called www.godaddy.com. We offer free setup. We’ve been using this company for years. They have the best service so far – compared to most. Their up-time is 99.9%, customer service is professional & speedy and their prices are the most reasonable thus far.
